"Always were there when they said they would be.Picked up was just the same great price."
The 16-yard is the taller of the two, with 61-inch walls on the same 12 by 6 foot footprint as the 12-yard. It's the one for volume: house cleanouts, full remodels, and anything bulky.
Delivery, pickup, and the dump fee are in the price. No sales tax on a service in Indiana.
$325 for one day, $375 for three days, $425 for a week. Delivery, pickup and the dump fee are in that price, and there's no sales tax. Normal debris is a flat rate.

A 16-yard holds roughly seven to eight pickup loads. It's the size for clearing a full house, gutting a kitchen, emptying a barn, or a renovation that has spread past the room it started in. Furniture, cabinets, carpet, drywall and general clutter are exactly what it's built for.
12 × 6 ft · 61-inch walls · flat rate on normal debris · painted max fill line on every dumpster
Twelve feet long and six feet wide, same as the 12-yard, with 61-inch walls instead of 43. It takes no extra room on your driveway. The only question is whether you want the volume or the lower wall.
The footprint is identical, so this isn't a space decision. It comes down to two things: how much you're throwing away, and how heavy it's.
On volume, the 16 is a third bigger and costs $30 to $50 more depending on how long you keep it. If you're emptying a full house or gutting a kitchen, that gap is far cheaper than a second delivery, and running out of room mid-job is the most common thing people regret.
On weight, the 16 is simply not an option. Concrete, dirt, shingles and plaster and lath go in the 12-yard only, because dense material hits the safe load of the trailer long before it fills a taller dumpster. If your load is a roof tear-off or an old plaster wall, the 12 is the answer no matter how much of it there's.

"Jeff came with the dumpster exactly when he said. When he arrived he realized he did not have what was needed to protect my new driveway. He went to Lowe’s to get what he thought necessary and placed the dumpster accordingly. I will be using his service again soon for some upcoming projects."

"Jeff was great to deal with. We were clearing out my mom's house and he was responsive, flexible and super helpful. He delivered and collected the dumpsters (3) in a time that worked for us. He is reasonable in his pricing and frankly just awesome. We would highly recommend him. Thank you Jeff!"
Wall height, and nothing else. Both are 12 feet long and 6 feet wide. The 12-yard has 43-inch walls, the 16-yard has 61-inch walls. The 16 holds about a third more; the 12 is the only one that takes heavy material.
No. Shingles, concrete, dirt and plaster and lath all go in the 12-yard, because of the weight. Say what you're tearing off when you call and Jeff will send the right one.
No. It's the same 12 by 6 foot footprint, just taller.
Call (765) 238-1393 and ask. Jeff sorts extensions out on the phone rather than through a form.
Roughly seven or eight. That is full-house territory: a full cleanout, a kitchen gut, or a barn usually fits in one go.
Yes. Eaton and New Paris in Preble County are normal runs at the same published rates. Richmond sits right on the line, so the Ohio towns are some of the closest deliveries there are.
