"We were more than satisfied with our dumpster rental; it was placed in the correct location and was picked up on time. We will use J's Dumpster the next time we have a need."
Concrete, dirt, shingles and plaster and lath are all accepted, and they go in the 12-yard with 1,000 pounds included and $50 a ton after that. It's worth knowing before the dumpster shows up rather than after.
Delivery, pickup, and the dump fee are in the price. No sales tax on a service in Indiana.
Same prices as the standard 12-yard: $295 for a day, $325 for three days, $375 for a week, all-in with no sales tax. The difference is the weight rule: 1,000 pounds included, then $50 a ton off the scale ticket.
Not sure whether your load counts as heavy? Call (765) 238-1393 and describe it, that's the call Jeff makes every day.
Four things: concrete, dirt, shingles, and plaster and lath. Everything else goes at the flat rate, so if your load is mostly one of those four, this is the rental you want and the invoice will match the quote.
12 × 6 ft · 43-inch walls · 1,000 lbs included, then $50/ton · painted max fill line on every dumpster
Dense material hits the trailer's legal weight limit long before it fills a tall dumpster. That's why heavy material never goes in the 16-yard. The 12's low walls are also what you want when every item is a two-handed lift.
Roof tear-offs are the most common heavy load Jeff runs, and shingles are deceptively dense. A single-layer strip off an average house is serious weight before the felt and the nails are counted, and a second layer roughly doubles it. Tell Jeff the squares and how many layers when you call and he will tell you where you will land against the 1,000 pounds.
Concrete and dirt behave the same way and catch people out for the same reason: a dumpster that looks a quarter full can already be a full load. Jeff screens for this on every call, which is why he asks what the project is before he quotes anything.
Plaster and lath is the local one. A lot of houses around Richmond and Wayne County are old enough to have it, and it weighs like concrete. If you're opening up walls in an older house, say so up front and the quote will be right.

"Excellent and friendly service. Very accommodating. Highly recommended"
Fifty dollars a ton past the first 1,000 pounds, worked out from the scale ticket. Nothing is estimated.
Call (765) 238-1393 and say what the mix is. It usually still counts as a heavy load, and Jeff would rather sort that out on the phone than at pickup.
Weight. Concrete reaches the safe load of the trailer long before it fills a taller dumpster, so the 16-yard would just let you build a load that can't leave your driveway.
Call (765) 238-1393 and ask before you book. Jeff screens every load up front, which is why heavy jobs don't turn into surprises at pickup.
Yes, a lot. A second layer roughly doubles the weight of a tear-off, so tell Jeff the squares and the layers when you call and he'll tell you where you'll land against the included 1,000 lbs.
Yes. All four heavy materials, concrete, dirt, shingles, and plaster and lath, run the same way: 12-yard only, 1,000 lbs included, then $50 a ton off the scale ticket.
