Dial (765) 238-1393 and you'll usually get Jeff on the first ring. Tell him the project and the address, and he'll set the size and the day right there. If he's on the other line or under a dumpster, he calls you right back, and his reviews say that more than they say anything else. Rather not call? Book online and he confirms the details with you.
The first question is always the same, what's your project, because the answer decides the size and the rate. You get one total on that call, it covers delivery, pickup and the dump fee, and the pricing page has every number published.
What's in the load. Ordinary household and remodel debris is a flat rate, no weight math. Concrete, dirt, shingles, and plaster and lath carry 1,000 lbs included and $50 a ton after, and they go in the 12-yard only. Saying what you're tearing out up front is the reason Jeff's invoices match his quotes.
Pick a spot that's flat and solid, clear of limbs and lines overhead, with room for the truck to pull straight up. Driveways are the usual answer, which is also why permits rarely come up. Tight, steep or odd? Describe it on the phone. Jeff's reviews are full of placements other companies wouldn't try, so a hard spot is a conversation, not a no.
Load flat, keep everything level with the walls, and keep the five banned items out: freon appliances, TVs, propane tanks, tires, and pails of paint or liquids. The what-goes-in list has the details. Everything else is pretty much fair game.
Rentals run 1, 3 or 7 days, and you pick when you book. Finished early? Call or text and Jeff will schedule the pull. If the job runs long, call before your days are up and he'll work it out with you.
Questions? Call or text Jeff.
