"Great people and great price was very prompt and helpful highly recommend"
Winchester is the Randolph County seat, north of Richmond where US 27 crosses IN-32 and US 36. It's a courthouse square town with the speedway out on the edge of it and farmland all around.
Most of the work in Winchester is residential. Cleanouts, remodels, roofs, and the usual business of houses getting emptied out and filled back up.
When the tornadoes came through Winchester in March 2024, Jeff was on the road with dumpsters about two hours after the storm passed and supplied the dumpsters for the Walmart. That's what happens when a Winchester job can't wait. Storm damage is a different kind of load than a remodel, heavy and awkward and full of roofing and structure, so it's worth going over the size and the weight rules on the phone instead of guessing.
The run out here is about 32 miles from the Richmond yard, most of it on US 27, US 36 and IN-32. Lynn, Union City and Hagerstown ride the same routes as Winchester, and the Randolph County back roads between them are as ordinary a stop as any street in town.
| Dumpster | Dimensions | Included weight | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 12-Yard Dumpster | 12 × 6 ft · 43-inch walls | flat rate on normal debris | concrete, dirt, shingles, plaster and lath, garage cleanouts and bathroom tear-outs |
| 16-Yard Dumpster | 12 × 6 ft · 61-inch walls | flat rate on normal debris | full-house cleanouts, kitchen remodels, barn clearing and bulky furniture |
| Heavy Material Dumpster | 12 × 6 ft · 43-inch walls | 1,000 lbs included, then $50/ton | roof tear-offs, concrete, dirt, and plaster-and-lath demolition |
Call or text (765) 238-1393 for the total and the day.
The 12-yard starts at $295 in Winchester and the 16-yard at $325, with heavy material going in the 12 at the same rate. Those figures cover delivery, pickup, and the dump fee. Winchester sits out on the far end of our Richmond run, with US 36 carrying the truck in on the regular Randolph County routes, so there is no separate delivery line to add. Addresses well outside the normal run can carry a mileage charge, and if yours does, Jeff tells you on the call rather than putting it on the invoice.
What can move the total, always named on the call:
A driveway set is the normal arrangement in Winchester, same as the rest of Randolph County, and it is what the truck is built for: back in straight, slide the dumpster off the rear, pull away. The spot needs to be flat and firm more than it needs to be big.
Tight spot? Text Jeff a photo before delivery day.

Call or text with your Winchester address and what you're clearing. Jeff answers Monday to Saturday, 8 to 5.
In Winchester the 12-yard starts at $295 and the 16-yard at $325, both all-in with no sales tax. Concrete, dirt, shingles and plaster-and-lath go in the 12-yard at the same rate, with 1,000 lbs included and $50 a ton after. Those are the same rates we quote everywhere: Winchester is a Randolph County address out on the far end of our Richmond run, straight up US 27. If an address out past the normal run ever carries a mileage line, Jeff says so on the call, never on the invoice. Winchester is quoted the same way as the rest of our area: one total by phone or text, with delivery, pickup, and the dump fee in it, based on the size and how long you keep it. Nothing gets added at the invoice. The pricing page has the detail.
Only for containers sitting in the street, and ours don't. Every Winchester delivery, on US 36 or off it, goes on the driveway or somewhere else on your own property, which keeps the town's right-of-way rules out of it, in Randolph County the same as everywhere we run. If the driveway truly can't take one, call first and we'll work out the right spot together. See when a dumpster permit is required for the longer answer.
Call or text (765) 238-1393 with your Winchester address and what you're working on, or book online. Most customers just call; either way the price quoted for a Randolph County address covers delivery, pickup, and the dump fee.
Call before your rental days run out and Jeff will work out the extension with you. He's given Winchester customers extra time when weather got in the way, and that flexibility holds across Randolph County, but it starts with a phone call rather than an assumption.
Yes, both, in the 12-yard only. Concrete and dirt are heavy material, so a Winchester patio tear-out includes 1,000 lbs and bills $50 a ton past that, off the scale ticket. The 16-yard never takes them, because dense loads hit the trailer's limit long before they fill a tall wall. The heavy material page has the full arrangement.
Yes. We run Lynn, Union City, and Hagerstown on the same schedule, and everything between them along US 36. Rural addresses are normal for us, so tell Jeff where it actually is rather than which town it mails to.
Union City, Lynn, for a start, and the service area page names the rest. Winchester shares its routes with all of them, so nothing about the price or the process changes from one end of the county to the other.
The Richmond yard, on South H Street. Winchester sits on US 27 in Randolph County, out on the far end of our Richmond run. Jeff runs one yard and covers roughly 40 miles from Richmond in every direction, so the address is what sets the route, not the county or the state line.
Driveway, jobsite, or lot. Whether you are on US 27, US 36 and IN-32 or down an unmarked Randolph County road, give Jeff the address and he will place it.
