Over 2,000 rentals since 2022, and a contractor quote already covers delivery, pickup, and the dump fee.

Per-job billing, swaps on a text. Heavy loads bill off the scale ticket past the included 1,000 lbs.

Who Calls Jeff

General contractors running remodels, roofing contractors, basement waterproofing companies and realtors turning properties over. Those are the four that come up. All four need a dumpster on a schedule rather than a form to fill in, and since Jeff answers the phone himself, a swap is one call.

Dumpster Sizes for Contractor Jobs

Remodel debris and general site waste go in the 16-yard. Roof tear-offs, concrete, dirt and plaster-and-lath demolition go in the 12-yard at the heavy material rate, and the 16 isn't an option for them.

Know the size you need? Book it online, or call and Jeff will confirm it with you.

Contractor Pricing

Published and flat: $295, $325 and $375 on the 12-yard for one, three and seven days, and $325, $375 and $425 on the 16. No account minimum and no separate trade price list. Heavy loads carry 1,000 lbs then $50 a ton on the ticket.

For a contractor job, the 12-yard starts at $295 and the 16-yard at $325, all-in with no sales tax. Heavy material (concrete, dirt, shingles, plaster and lath) goes in the 12-yard with 1,000 lbs included, then $50 a ton. Jeff confirms the size and the total on the call.

How the Text-In Arrangement Works

First job, call and talk it through, because Jeff prices off what the load is and he'll want to know how your work runs. After that it's texts: address, size, day. He confirms, the container shows, and when it fills you text swap. His repeat GCs, roofers and waterproofing crews all run this way.

The one thing to give him is a day's notice on tight turnarounds. One owner and one truck is why the arrangement works, and it's also why same-hour swaps aren't a promise anyone should make you.

Why the 16 Is Not Always the Answer

The instinct on a build is to take the bigger dumpster, and on framing scrap, cabinets and drywall that's right. On anything dense it's not. Concrete, brick, dirt and shingles reach the safe load of the trailer long before they reach the top of a 61-inch wall, so a taller dumpster only lets you build a load that can't legally leave the site.

That's why Jeff screens every job on the phone. It's also why a heavy load and a bulky load are booked differently even though they cost the same to start with.

Contractor Account Questions

Do contractors get a different rate?

No, and that's on purpose. The published rates are the rates: $295 to $375 on the 12-yard, $325 to $425 on the 16, all-in. What contractors get is a direct line to the owner and swaps that run on the job's schedule.

Can I just text you an address?

Yes. Most repeat contractors text the address and the size and get on with their day. Jeff confirms by text and the dumpster shows up.

What about roof tear-offs and concrete?

Heavy material goes in the 12-yard only, with 1,000 lbs included and $50 a ton after, off the scale ticket. State the squares or the tonnage guess up front and the invoice will match the quote.

What towns do you cover for contractor dumpster rentals?

Jeff runs contractor dumpster rentals about 40 miles out of Richmond in every direction: Wayne, Randolph, Fayette and Union County in Indiana, plus Preble County over the Ohio line. If your address is on that map, contractor dumpster rentals is quoted the same way. The service area page lists every town.

How much does contractor dumpster rentals cost in Richmond, IN?

The rates are published: the 12-yard runs $295 to $375 and the 16-yard $325 to $425 depending on days, all-in with no sales tax. The only thing that adds to it is heavy material, at 1,000 lbs included then $50 a ton. The pricing page has the full table.

Do you do junk removal, or just dumpsters?

Dumpsters only. Jeff brings the dumpster, you load it at your own pace, he hauls it. There's no loading crew, and the price reflects that: you're paying for the container and the disposal, not labor. For most contractor dumpster rentals that's also the cheaper way to do it.
