"Prompt service and great price , would use again if I need to"
Liberty is the Union County seat, south of Richmond where US 27 meets IN-44, not far from Brookville Lake.
The work is residential. House cleanouts, remodels and property clearing, including the jobs that come up when lake-country properties change hands.
The truck for Liberty normally rolls from the Richmond yard, a run of about 17 miles, and comes in on US 27 and IN-44. The same routes take in Connersville and Richmond, which is why Jeff asks for the street address instead of the town name when you book.
| Dumpster | Dimensions | Included weight | Best for |

| 16-Yard Dumpster | 12 × 6 ft · 61-inch walls | flat rate on normal debris | full-house cleanouts, kitchen remodels, barn clearing and bulky furniture |
| Heavy Material Dumpster | 12 × 6 ft · 43-inch walls | 1,000 lbs included, then $50/ton | roof tear-offs, concrete, dirt, and plaster-and-lath demolition |
Call or text (765) 238-1393 for the total and the day.
The 12-yard starts at $295 in Liberty and the 16-yard at $325, with heavy material going in the 12 at the same rate. Those figures cover delivery, pickup, and the dump fee. Liberty sits about 17 miles from our Richmond yard, with IN-44 carrying the truck in on the regular Union County routes, so there is no separate delivery line to add. Addresses well outside the normal run can carry a mileage charge, and if yours does, Jeff tells you on the call rather than putting it on the invoice.
What can move the total, always named on the call:
Around Liberty the dumpster almost always sits on the driveway. The dumpster slides off the back of the truck, so what a Union County property needs is a level, solid spot with a straight approach rather than a wide staging area.
Tight spot? Text Jeff a photo before delivery day.

Call or text with your Liberty address and what you're clearing. Jeff answers Monday to Saturday, 8 to 5.
In Liberty the 12-yard starts at $295 and the 16-yard at $325, both all-in with no sales tax. Concrete, dirt, shingles and plaster-and-lath go in the 12-yard at the same rate, with 1,000 lbs included and $50 a ton after. Those are the same rates we quote everywhere: Liberty is a Union County address about 17 miles from our Richmond yard, straight up US 27. If an address out past the normal run ever carries a mileage line, Jeff says so on the call, never on the invoice. The same way it's quoted everywhere else we serve. Being a smaller community doesn't change the price: you get one total for Liberty with delivery, pickup, and the dump fee in it, set by the size and how heavy the load runs.
Not with us. The permit question in Liberty only arises when a container sits in a road like IN-44, and ours never do: driveway or private property, every time, in Union County and everywhere else on the route. That policy has kept every job of ours paperwork-free. No workable off-street spot? Call before booking and we'll figure it out. Full detail lives on the dumpster permit page.
Yes, protection is available on request, and it goes down under the rails before the dumpster does. Ask when you book the Liberty delivery rather than on the day, because it isn't something that can be fixed after the fact. The same goes for every Union County order.
Yes, and it's common on bigger jobs. Contractors often keep one for clean masonry and one for general debris, which keeps the heavy material out of the load that bills by weight. Each one bills as its own rental, so the Liberty job's costs stay separate and readable, and the pair goes out on the same Union County route.
Call and we'll come get it early, or swap it for an empty if the job isn't finished. There's no reason to leave a full one sitting on a Liberty driveway waiting for the week to run out, here or anywhere in Union County.
Connersville, and Richmond are all regular stops on the runs that come in on US 27. Plenty of addresses out there sit between two towns, which is why we go by the address and not the town line.
The Richmond yard, on South H Street. Liberty sits on US 27 in Union County, about 17 miles from it. Jeff runs one yard and covers roughly 40 miles from Richmond in every direction, so the address is what sets the route, not the county or the state line.
Driveway, jobsite, or lot. US 27 and IN-44 both feed Liberty, and the rural Union County addresses around it are ordinary work for us.
