The short version of how a rental works, in plain English. The rental agreement at order time is the controlling document.
Rates and periods. Rentals run 1, 3 or 7 days, chosen at booking, at the published rates on the pricing page. Every rate includes delivery, pickup and the dump fee inside the service area. Concrete, dirt, shingles and plaster and lath include 1,000 lbs of disposal weight and bill $50 per ton past that, off the scale ticket. Extensions are arranged by phone before the rental period ends.
Placement. The customer chooses the placement spot on private property and is responsible for written permission on property they don't own (including HOA rules). We place dumpsters carefully but aren't responsible for surface damage where placement was directed. Driveway protection is available on request.
Loading. Loads must stay level with the dumpster walls. Prohibited items (appliances with freon, TVs, propane tanks, tires, and pails of paint or liquids) are listed on the what-goes-in page; loads containing them may incur disposal surcharges. Concrete, dirt, shingles, and plaster and lath ride in the 12-yard under the heavy material terms.
